By accessing and using Clenvix ("the Service"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Clenvix provides AI-powered tools for image and video processing, including watermark removal and resolution upscaling. You acknowledge that AI processing outcomes can vary and we do not guarantee perfect results for every file.

3. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for all content you upload to Clenvix. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to possess and modify the images or videos you upload.
• You will not use the Service to infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of others.
• You will not use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes, including the generation or modification of non-consensual explicit material (deepfakes).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice or refund.

4. Intellectual Property

Clenvix claims no ownership over the original content you upload or the modified content generated by the Service. You retain all rights to your inputs and outputs. The Clenvix names, logos, and software are the intellectual property of Clenvix.

5. Credits and Subscriptions

Access to premium features requires the purchase of credits or an active subscription. Credits have no real-world monetary value and are non-transferable. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the significant computational costs associated with AI processing, all sales are final and non-refundable once credits have been used. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but partial-month refunds are not provided.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the accuracy or reliability of the AI tools.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Clenvix be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
